What could my Chest Pain be?

I'm, right now, getting a sharp intermittent pain under my left pectoral muscle (male 70, no history). It is a sharp pain that comes and goes (3 on a scale of 10). I don't believe it matches any of the symptoms of angina or heart attack because it is not radiating, it does not feel like a squeeze or weight on my chest. I have not other signs or symptoms. I was doing very light carpentry work when it started. My pulse is strong and regular. I got no relief from chewing up three baby aspirin. I have had this once or twice years ago and ignored it. Does anyone one know what this might be? I will make an appointment with my doctor. It seems to be lessening now.
