How to ripped in a few months?

I am 16 years old 123 pounds and 5'1". I build muscle mostly in my biceps triceps and pectorals. I see that a lot of people say if you want to get ripped you must exercise every part of the body. I don't go the gym that often but at school we are doing the fitness unit. How would I get bigger biceps triceps and pectorals? And how would I achieve good looking abs? Any diet suggestions? Things I should start to eat/drink? Daily habits I should start to do to?
