Is this a good workout plan?

3x6 might be better than 4x10. More weight, fewer reps often equals more hypertrophy. Don't bother with leg press. Instead go with deadlifts. They work more muscles, including stabilizer muscles. Another option is power cleans to develop explosive power. This goes for every workout ever: when possible, use free weights instead of a machine. You might consider adding some ab work too.
