Is this a good workout?

That workout has tons of cardio and cross training, but I would not do the legups. Those do not work the abs as much as they work the hip flexor muscles. Those pull the leg out in front of us. If you want a good ab workout, go for slow crunches, lots of oblique and intercostal work (the muscles that line the ribs and side of the stomach) Dont forget the lower abs. Many people like to do leg lifts for those, but again they dont work the abs as much as the hips, and they are bad for your back. To work the lowers, lay on your back and bring your knees to a 90 degree angle to your waist, like you were sitting in a chair. Now use your lower abs to push your hips straight up to the ceiling. Dont roll, push "up". Like a pelvic thrust. Do all of them for 30 seconds each, non stop. Break for 30 seconds to a minute only. Build up to 2 minutes per set. Dont count reps when doing ab work, do it by time. You can add weight resistance if you can get into a gym and use the pull down bar. You take the bar off and place a towel or rope on it. Get down on your knees and pull the weights down with a crunching movement. Dont use your arms, just your core. You will see alot of growth from those. The stomach is a weird set of muscles. and they dont want to grow like your biceps. if you need a little mass down there to make them stand out, then try that. Good luck!
