Fish vet in Washington? Sick fish here?

I have a pseudodoras niger catfish that I found to have a large (quartersize) ulcer cranial to his pectoral fin, hasn't eaten in 2-3 days, and has other smaller ulcerations/pits on other parts of his body. He's the coolest fish and I'm terribly worried about this. He's sloughed bits of skin before, but nothing like this. Anyone know of any vets in washington state that will see fish? Or have any ideas of what might be going on here besides the normal fish diseases? Thanks!
