Strengthen muscle under shoulder?

The pectoral is one muscle, there isn't really a "decline" "flat" and "incline" setting to it. It may be your genes, but make sure you are doing the exercises well, especially the pushups. Add good pullups to your routine because they recruit the pectoralis minor which might be small in your case. Also, don't work out the same muscles every day, or else they won't have time to grow and recover. Every other day is fine. Good luck and keep it up! It's only been 2.5 months, in a few more you will be Rambo!
