How to avoid hitting a plateau while working out?

Make sure yr not leaning to one side or anything on bench press. You might be doing this to engage yr right side of yr body more to cope with the weight. This could be putting more stress o. Yr left pec bceause it's in an awkward position. If not then yr left pec will just be weaker. And no it's not good that yr back it hurting. If yr arching yr back on bench, it's yr choice to do it or not but it could hurt yr back. You really need to work on yr back aswell from what I can tell. It seems as though you dot do a lot of back
