How do I get more muscle as a bodybuilder?

I'm 15 years old, 5'11 in height, and I weigh only 141 pounds... My abs are fine as I've been told but a lot of other people say I need to gain weight... I want to gain maybe 10 or 15 pounds in muscle and I want to know the best methods to do this? I want bigger pectorals, better shoulders, bigger biceps and triceps, forearms, and if possible, wrists... I hate my wrists. So, can anyone tell me the best way to achieve all this? And how will my results be by the time summer comes around? Thanks to all who answer =) I really appreciate everyone's help
