15 Year Old Muscle Building Workout?

Im 15 year old and im skinny to slightly toned. I want a workout that will build my muscles, mainly my upper body - biceps, triceps, shoulders and pectorals. I have been following Insanity by Shaun T, but im giving it in as i want to gain muscle and i have been told that this can be wearing my muscles down as it is such an intense workout. I have two dumbell weights and a bench, can you please give me an idea of a workout that will build as much muscle as possible in the shortest amount of time. Also will eating meat after my workout improve my muscles? Thanks.
