What can i do about uneven muscles?

my right bicep is bigger than my left quite substantially! its going to take forever to fix but its affecting my pectorals too. my left pectoral is becoming more defined around the bottom and the right pectoral is more defined in the centre... when i do press ups, it doesnt feel like i am using my left pectoral more but when i tense it is obvious that the muscle is more toned.... idea to solve this..
