Pectoral Work out + camping interfering with my running.?

Any routines anyone know that can firm and strengthen the pectorals? No machines. Just my body and some dumbbells. Also, I am going on a church camping trip. Usually I run a mile every morning, but seeing I will be helping to rebuild cabins in northern minnesota, that'll be kinda hard to do. Any suggestions on how to make up for not running for five days?
