im 13 and i lost 6.6 lbs in 4 days just give me your weight and i will help but start with doing 100 sit ups 50 in the morning and 50 at night when ur stomach hurts it means u are losing weight and dont eat bread rice or pasta for 4 days and see the result bt dont eat like crazy 5 meals a day and a cup of apple juice before u sleep and a cup of tea and an apple or orange and toast when u wake up and hope that helps if need ore help send me an email hebabackar@yahoo.com
