How can I get a six pack?

I've been working out now most days for about 5 months, and I have definately increased muscle in the pectoral area and in my arms but I'm trying really hard to get a six pack at the moment. However, at the moment I only hav a four pack wen i tense and the top part is defined where as the middle bit is a little less and then there is no definition where the last bit should be. Im trying to excercise my abs as much as possible to get the bottom bit to define so that I would have a six pack, does anyone have any advice on what I could do to help? Or if I just kept going the way I am would I eventually get one?
