Good methods to lose fat fast?

I've been wondering of how can you burn a couple of pounds in a week or 2, the methods, excercises( I go to the gym by the way) exercises i can do in the gym, and also ways of liftings weights, to see some good results for biceps, triceps, pectorals. I want to know methods of how i can burn fat fast and build muscle at the same time, someone with experience please! Thank you :)
