Bulking up arms and chest and maybe a six pack?

I guesstimate your weight to be about 130 lbs but you don't say how tall you are. A male should weigh a "normal" 100 lbs for 5 ft. and 6 to 8 lbs for each inch over 5 ft. If that's the case based on your weight you should be about 5'5" and because you say you're on the slim side that may be fine. But you're working out and doing well. Firming up the body and building the muscles is a lifetime commitment. I would suggest one important thing. Do NOT struggle to do more than 10 push/press ups. Stop at the "struggle" point. Remember, doing all those exercises requires much food and calories. Stick to the good calories. No junk food please and only on a special occasion. GOOD LUCK! I envy you.
