After 3 sleeps my pectorals still hurt from workout?

For the first Time in a while I went to gym and worked out my chest or pecs, I worked out for an hour doing just dumbells nothing too heavy just as many reps till I virtually dropped em on myself, but my problem is that was three days ago and it hurts as if it were only the day after and they don't hurt like a muscle over load it hurts like torn muscle injured! it's PAINFULL they ache and I have to stretch or I all stiff. I haven't take any shakes either. Help? :(
