Is the Blu Ray for The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly re-dubbed entirely?

I want to see this movie for the first time. However, I heard that it was re-dubbed and Clint and Eli sound really bad. However, I heard there were some new scenes that were added. So were the new scenes the only thing that was re-dubbed, or was the whole movie re-dubbed. Also, is the Blu Ray release any good? Please help. Netflix already shipped the Blu Ray.
