What is a good song that is about your life changing?

I want to make a little "words on screen" kind of video, and post it on YouTube. I want the song to be about times and lives changing-- kind of like love, or friendship. Please, anything besides Bob Dylan! Does anyone have a song suggestion? Thanks to everyone that answered.
